One opportunity at a time
In 2022, Imperial Leather, in partnership with Artspace Productions Limited, launched Illuminate, a CSR mentorship program created to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate their future.
The idea was simple: help young people build on success, one opportunity at a time.
Through engaging sessions on leadership, career development, and entrepreneurship, Illuminate brings practical learning into schools.

A platform to be seen, heard, and celebrated
Students get a platform to express themselves, showcase their abilities, and celebrate their talents. Artspace brings the program to life, creating engaging and memorable experiences that connect with students beyond the classroom.

Every number carries a story
Since 2022, Illuminate has reached 36 schools and over 26,000 students across Kenya. Behind every number is a student discovering something new, exploring a possibility, finding confidence, or realizing that their future can be bigger than they imagined.
